Application Details: 

Norox TBPB is a highly efficient source of free radicals at moderate to high temperatures and can be used as a polymerization or co-polymerization initiator to produce polyethylene, polystyrene and polyacrylates.

Norox® Pulcat® AW

Norox Pulcat AW is a proprietary peroxide solution in phlegmatizer primarily used for cure initiation of unsaturated polyester and vinyl ester resins in the pultrusion process.

Norox® CHP

Norox® 802 - 75P

Norox 802 - 75P is a mixture of 1,1-di(t-butylperoxy)-3,3,5-trimethyl cyclohexane and t-butyl peroxy 2-ethylhexanoate in phthalate ester plasticizer.

Application Details: 

Norox 802-75P is an excellent product for use in elevated temperature molding in the range of 210°F – 300°F (100°C – 150°C).

Norox® 605

Norox 605 is the designation for technically pure dimyristylperoxydicarbonate in flake form.

Application Details: 

It is a long-chained aliphatic organic peroxide and is used as a free radical source for the cure initiation of unsaturated polyester and vinyl ester resins and reactive monomer diluents, e.g. styrene.

Norox 600 is a free-flowing, white powder consisting of technically pure Di(4-t-Butylcyclohexyl) peroxydicarbonate.

Application Details: 

This cycloaliphatic peroxydicarbonate is used as an initiator (radical source) in the polymerization of monomers, such as vinyl chloride and methacrylates.  It is also widely used in curing unsaturated polyester resins, particularly in pultrusion applications.

Norox 410 is a colorless liquid, consisting of technically pure t-butylperoxy-2-ethylhexanoate (t-Butyl peroctoate).

Application Details: 

NOROX 410 is used as an initiator in the polymerization of monomers (ethylene, styrene and methacrylates) as well as for curing polyester resins at 70°C to 150°C, possibly in combination with cobalt accelerators.

Benox® A-70: Benzoyl Peroxide (BPO)

Benox® A-70 is a dibenzoyl peroxide (BPO) which is less flammable and shock sensitive than granular formulas containing little or no water. These Benox dibenzoyl peroxide products can be used as polymerization initiators for vinyl monomers and unsaturated polyester resins when the presence of water is not detrimental.

Application Details: 

Benox® A-70 is a dibenzoyl peroxide (BPO) which can be used as free radical polymerization initiator and cross-linking agent in a wide variety of applications and is an effective initiator in the polymerization and co-polymerization of numerous vinyl monomers, including styrene, methyl methacrylate, acrylic esters, acrylonitrile, vinyl acetate, vinyl chloride, and ethylene.
