ANDONOX PULCAT AW-PF is a proprietary peroxide solution in phlegmatiser primarily used for cure initiation of unsaturated polyester and vinyl ester resins in the pultrusion process.

Application Details:

ANDONOX PULCAT AW-PF can also be used in cobalt promoted resins for ambient temperature cures and can also be used for the production of flat and corrugated sheet when discoloration by cobalt accelerators is not acceptable.

ANDONOX KP - 9S is a methyl ethyl ketone peroxide (MEKP) in phlegmatiser for the curing of unsaturated polyester resins at ambient temperature in combination with cobalt accelerators.

Application Details:

ANDONOX KP-9S is a MEKP with a higher content of free hydrogen peroxide than to provide shorter gel time than ANDONOX KP - 9. It is suitable for hand lay-up, spray-up, RTM, continuous laminating, centrifugal casting, filament winding, polyester concrete and vacuum infusion.

ANDONOX KP - 100 is a methyl ethyl ketone peroxide (MEKP) in phlegmatiser for the curing of unsaturated polyester resins at ambient temperature in combination with cobalt accelerators.

Application Details:

ANDONOX KP-100 is a general purpose methyl ethyl ketone peroxide (MEKP) which gives consistent room temperature performance with both polyester resins and gelcoats. It is suitable for speeding gel and cure times and use with hand lay-up, spray-up, RTM, continuous laminating, centrifugal casting, filament winding, polyester concrete and vacuum infusion.

ANDONOX KP - 100 S is a high active methyl ethyl ketone peroxide (MEKP) in phlegmatiser for the curing of unsaturated polyester resins at ambient temperature in combination with cobalt accelerators.

Application Details:

ANDONOX KP-100S is a methyl ethyl ketone peroxide (MEKP) with high active oxygen and very high hydrogen peroxide level to provide fast curing MEKP with shortest possible gel time. It is suitable for production of button sheets, continuous laminating and polyester lacquers. It should not be used with gelcoats.
